It works, but the adjustments aren’t as easy as I hoped. I can get it set up eventually, but it takes more fiddling than it should. I also wouldn’t really count on customer service to be much help if I had an issue, so I wish it was more straightforward on its own

I’ve been using this chair for longer gaming sessions, and the lumbar support is better than I expected for the price. Once I adjusted it to sit right around my lower back, it made a noticeable difference after a few hours at my desk. The padding feels comfy without being too soft, and I like that the back support actually stays in place instead of feeling useless. It did take me a little trial and error to get the position just right, but overall I’m happy with it.

The chair itself was okay once I got it out, but the box showed up looking like it had been through a bit. A few dents and rough spots, nothing too crazy, but for something like this I kind of expected the packaging to hold up better.

I got this GT Racing chair because I thought it would make working from home feel a little more legit, and I feel a bit embarrassed admitting it didn’t really work out for me. It looks decent in my setup, but the back support is way too stiff and the pillow lands in such an awkward spot that I keep messing with it instead of actually getting comfortable.
After about an hour or two, my lower back starts complaining, and the armrests don’t really match up with my desk either. It’s not the worst chair ever and I can still use it, but comfort-wise I expected a lot more. I probably should’ve tried something in person first, because I wouldn’t buy this one again.

Overall, the chair works well for me. The height feels right and it’s comfortable enough for everyday use. Reading between the lines, though, I’d say the seat is just a touch narrow if you’re sitting for a long stretch. Still, for the price, I’m happy with it.

I did manage to get it built in the end, but a few of the steps were unclear and had me guessing more than I should’ve been. It feels like if a company is going to sell something that needs assembly, it’s only fair to give customers instructions that are easy to follow. Overall it worked out, but the guide could definitely be better

It looked nice when it first showed up, so I thought I got a decent deal. But after just a few weeks, the fake leather started cracking and peeling. it feels like a bit of a bait and switch because it looks good at first, but the quality just doesn’t hold up...

I was fully prepared for this to turn into an all-night disaster, but somehow I had it assembled in about 30 minutes. i’m still amazed. Super easy, no major headaches, and I didn’t even have to dramatically give up halfway through.

I did end up getting the replacement part, so that was good, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s probably fine, but if you need something quickly, the wait could be a bit frustrating.

It works, but the recline feels stiff and not as smooth as I expected. What bothered me more was that it seemed like it had been handled carelessly before it got to me, with the packaging looking rough and the item not feeling like it was treated with much care. It’s usable, but overall just okay

I remember looking at a bunch of pricier chairs, and this one was definitely easier on the wallet. I don’t really remember every detail of putting it together, just that it took a little longer than I expected. Once it was set up though, it felt sturdy and comfortable enough. For what I paid, I’m happy with it.

The site works fine, but the design feels a little old and kind of cluttered. Some pages are packed with too much going on, and the colors just don’t give it that clean, modern feel I was expecting. It’s not broken or anything, but it definitely doesn’t scream UPDATED.

The pictures are decent, so that part helps, but the layout could use some work. I had to click around more than I thought I would just to find basic info, which got a bit annoying. Overall, it’s usable, but it could be WAY easier and nicer to browse.

Ouch. I only sat in it for a short while before my back started hurting. Disappointing. I really hoped it would be more comfortable for everyday use.

I was really hoping this seat cushion would be more comfortable, but the padding went flat quickly. Now it just feels awful to sit on, which is super disappointing :(
